The flange types available for enquiry include Weld Neck, Slip-On, Blind, Socket Weld, Threaded, Lap Joint, Long Weld Neck, RTJ, Orifice, Spectacle Blind, Spacer and Blank, Swivel and other specialised connections.
Material selection, flange facing, pressure class and dimensional standard are important when matching a flange to an existing piping system or ordering for a new project.
Our flange range covers different material specifications for industrial piping and equipment connections.
Flanges are supplied according to the dimensional standard mentioned in the purchase specification or project drawing.
Industrial flanges are ordered by nominal pipe size, material specification, pressure rating and facing arrangement.
We manufacture flanges in all standard ASME B16.5 pressure classes: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500. Class 150 and 300 are common for general utility and process lines, while Class 600 and above are used for high-pressure oil and gas, steam and hydrocarbon service. For metric projects, we supply EN 1092-1 flanges in PN10, PN16, PN25 and PN40 (higher PN ratings on request). The right rating depends on your operating pressure and temperature, so share your design conditions and we’ll confirm the correct class and material.
We supply flanges in all standard ASME B16.5 facing types. The facing must match the mating flange, valve or equipment, so please confirm it when enquiring.
Not every flange requirement can be met with standard dimensions. Large-diameter piping, special bolt-hole arrangements, non-standard bores and equipment connections often call for custom forged flanges manufactured to project drawings. ARK Stainless Inc. manufactures and supplies large-diameter forged steel flanges for oil and gas pipelines, refineries, petrochemical plants, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and heavy engineering projects.
Our range includes ASME B16.47 Series A and Series B Weld Neck and Blind Flanges in sizes covered by NPS 26 to NPS 60, with Class 150, 300, 400, 600 and 900 ratings, subject to size, series and availability. Series A follows the former MSS SP-44 pattern, while Series B is based on API 605 dimensions, so confirm which series your mating flange uses. For non-standard requirements, we machine to your outside diameter, bore, thickness, bolt-hole PCD, drilling pattern and gasket-facing dimensions, subject to confirmed manufacturing capacity.
Materials are ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A350 LF2 low-temperature carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304L and F316L stainless steel. We supply forged ring flanges as rough-machined blanks or fully finished flanges to your approved drawing and material specification. Ultrasonic testing (UT), positive material identification (PMI), dimensional inspection reports and EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates are available on request.
Industrial piping projects often require several flange types, sizes, material grades and pressure classes under a single purchase order. ARK Stainless Inc. supplies industrial flanges in bulk to EPC contractors, piping fabricators, stockists, refinery maintenance teams and project procurement companies across India and international markets.
Bulk orders can include ASTM A105 Carbon Steel Weld Neck Flanges, ASTM A182 F316L Stainless Steel Slip-On Flanges, Blind Flanges, RTJ Flanges and other forged pipe flanges to ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47 specifications. We also handle mixed-grade flange requirements, large-diameter flanges and custom-machined flanges manufactured to approved drawings for pipeline construction, plant expansions and industrial equipment projects.

Quotations can cover material availability, delivery schedules and specified inspection documentation, including EN 10204 3.1 certificates, PMI and third-party inspection where applicable. For urgent plant shutdown or maintenance requirements, please mention the required delivery date when submitting your enquiry.
The flange facing finish must match the gasket and piping specifications. ARK Stainless Inc. machines Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Flanges to applicable ASME B16.5 requirements. Standard RF and FF facings have a serrated concentric or spiral (phonographic) finish of 125–250 AARH (3.2–6.3 µm Ra). RTJ flange grooves require a finer surface finish, with groove sidewall roughness not exceeding 63 µin (1.6 µm Ra), to accommodate the specified metallic ring gasket. Special smooth-face finishes can be specified according to gasket and project requirements.
Carbon Steel Flanges may require rust-preventive oil, black painting, epoxy coating or hot-dip galvanising, depending on the application and purchase specification. Gasket seating surfaces must be protected during coating unless otherwise specified. For Stainless Steel Flanges, requirements may include pickling or passivation to applicable ASTM A380/A380M or ASTM A967/A967M specifications to remove surface contamination.
Flange marking requirements can include nominal pipe size, pressure class, ASTM material grade, dimensional standard and heat number for traceability, in accordance with applicable MSS SP-25 requirements. Customers can also specify EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificates, protective packaging and export packing. | Threaded Flanges (THRF) | Small-bore piping requiring non-welded connections | NPT thread specification, pressure class and service conditions |
| Lap Joint Flanges (LJ) | Piping requiring regular dismantling, bolt-hole alignment or corrosion-resistant stub ends | Backing flange, stub end dimensions, material combination and pressure class |
| Ring Type Joint Flanges (RTJ) | High-pressure refinery, petrochemical and oil and gas piping with metallic ring gaskets | RTJ groove dimensions, ring gasket number, flange type and pressure class |
| Large Diameter Flanges | Large pipelines, industrial equipment and project piping connections | ASME B16.47 Series A/B, flange dimensions, drilling pattern and material grade |
Material selection depends on the fluid, temperature, pressure and corrosion conditions. ASTM A105 carbon steel flanges are commonly specified for general industrial piping, while ASTM A350 LF2 flanges are used for suitable low-temperature applications. ASTM A182 F304L and F316L stainless steel flanges are selected where their corrosion resistance meets the service requirements. Duplex and Super Duplex Flanges may be specified for seawater, chloride-containing fluids and other demanding environments.
ASME B16.5 covers pipe flanges from NPS ½ to NPS 24, while ASME B16.47 covers large-diameter steel flanges from NPS 26 to NPS 60. Pressure classes must be checked against the applicable material's pressure-temperature ratings. ASME Class ratings and EN PN designations should not be treated as directly interchangeable.
When requesting prices for industrial flanges, include the flange type, nominal pipe size, ASTM material grade, dimensional standard, pressure class, facing type (RF, FF or RTJ), pipe schedule where applicable, and required quantity. For non-standard flanges, large-diameter flanges or replacement components, provide the technical drawing or existing flange dimensions.
ARK Stainless Inc. handles enquiries for standard forged flanges, bulk project requirements and custom-machined flanges as per drawings. Send your flange specifications or piping material list for pricing, availability and delivery details. Final flange selection should be confirmed against the approved piping design and project specification.

ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Weld Neck Flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other specified material grades. These weld neck flanges have a long tapered hub and are butt-welded to the pipe, making them suitable for high-pressure piping, refinery installations, petrochemical plants, power generation and other industrial applications.
Our range includes ASTM A105 carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304, F316 and F316L stainless steel Weld Neck Flanges, with requirements to ASME B16.5 in different sizes and pressure classes. Buyers can enquire for Weld Neck Raised Face (WNRF) and other specified facing arrangements, with bore dimensions matched to the required pipe schedule.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged Slip-On Flanges for water treatment plants, cooling-water lines, fire-water systems, utility piping and general industrial applications. A slip-on flange fits over the pipe and is typically joined with fillet welds at the hub and bore. Its design allows easier positioning and alignment during installation compared to a weld neck flange.
Our range includes ASTM A105 carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel Slip-On Flanges to ASME B16.5, in Class 150, 300 and 600, with Raised Face (SORF) and Flat Face (SOFF) configurations. Buyers can enquire with their required flange size, material grade, pressure class, facing and quantity.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Threaded Flanges, also known as Screwed Flanges, for small-bore utility piping, instrument connections, water distribution lines and industrial maintenance applications where a non-welded pipe connection is specified. These flanges have an internally threaded bore that connects to a matching pipe thread, allowing installation without conventional pipe-to-flange welding.
Our range includes ASTM A105 Carbon Steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L Stainless Steel Threaded Flanges to ASME B16.5. Buyers can enquire for Class 150 and Class 300 flanges with Raised Face (THRF) or Flat Face configurations and NPT threads to ASME B1.20.1.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged Socket Weld Flanges for small-bore process piping, hydraulic systems, instrumentation lines, chemical plants and power generation facilities. These flanges have a recessed socket that receives the pipe end, which is secured with an external fillet weld. The socket arrangement helps with pipe alignment and eliminates the need for conventional butt-weld preparation.
Our range includes ASTM A105 Carbon Steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges to ASME B16.5. Buyers can enquire for Class 150, 300 and 600 flanges with Raised Face (SWRF) and Flat Face (SWFF) configurations. For quotations, please share the flange size, material grade, pressure class, pipe schedule, facing and required quantity.
Piping systems that require frequent dismantling for inspection, cleaning or maintenance can benefit from Lap Joint Flanges, also known as Loose Flanges or Backing Flanges. These flanges work with a stub end butt-welded to the pipe, allowing the backing flange to rotate independently for easier bolt-hole alignment. They are commonly used in chemical processing plants, marine piping, water treatment facilities and industrial equipment connections.
For corrosion-resistant piping, a carbon steel backing flange can be combined with a compatible stainless steel or alloy stub end. Since the stub end forms the fluid-contacting portion of the assembly, this arrangement can reduce material costs compared to using solid stainless steel or alloy flanges throughout, where the piping design permits.
ARK Stainless Inc. supplies ASTM A105 Carbon Steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L Stainless Steel Lap Joint Flanges to ASME B16.5, including Class 150 and Class 300 requirements. Buyers can send their flange size, material grade, pressure class, stub end specifications and quantity for quotation.
Blind Flanges are used to close pipeline ends, pressure vessel nozzles and equipment connections during maintenance, pressure testing and future pipeline expansion. Unlike flanges with a central bore, a blind flange provides a solid closure and is bolted to a matching flange with a suitable gasket. These flanges are commonly required for refinery shutdowns, oil and gas pipelines, petrochemical plants and power generation facilities.
ARK Stainless Inc. supplies forged Blind Flanges in ASTM A105 Carbon Steel, ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L Stainless Steel, and specified Alloy Steel grades. Requirements include ASME B16.5 Blind Flanges in Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and applicable Class 2500 sizes, with Raised Face (BLRF), Flat Face (BLFF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) configurations.
For large-diameter piping projects, enquiries for ASME B16.47 Series A and Series B Blind Flanges can be reviewed against the required size, pressure class, material grade and project specifications.
Pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process columns often require flanged nozzles with extended neck lengths. Long Weld Neck Flanges, also known as LWN Flanges or Extended Neck Flanges, combine the flange and nozzle neck into a single component. This arrangement can eliminate the intermediate weld required when a standard Weld Neck Flange is connected to a separate pipe extension, reducing the number of welded joints requiring inspection.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Long Weld Neck Flanges in ASTM A105 Carbon Steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L Stainless Steel for refinery, petrochemical and pressure vessel applications. Flange-end dimensions can be specified to applicable ASME B16.5 requirements, with Raised Face (LWNRF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) configurations. Extended neck length, bore and wall thickness are specified according to the approved equipment drawing.
For custom Long Weld Neck Flanges, please share the flange size, material grade, pressure class, facing, neck length, bore dimensions, quantity and technical drawing for quotation.
Orifice flanges are used in differential-pressure flow measurement systems for oil and gas pipelines, refineries, chemical processing plants and power generation facilities. Installed in pairs with an orifice plate between them, these flanges have pressure tapping connections that measure the pressure drop across the plate, which is used to calculate the flow rate of liquids, gases or steam.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged weld neck orifice flanges to ASME B16.36 in ASTM A105 carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel, in Class 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500, NPS ½ to NPS 24. Facings include Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ). We drill flange taps (standard) and radius, corner or D & D/2 taps, to your specification, with jack screws available on request. Matching orifice plates, gaskets and bolting can be supplied for complete assemblies.
Spectacle blinds, also known as figure 8 blinds or spectacle blanks, are used for pipeline isolation during refinery shutdowns, plant maintenance and equipment inspection. Each unit has a solid blind and an open spacer connected in a figure-eight shape. Installed between two mating flanges, the assembly can be repositioned to block or open the pipeline after it has been safely isolated and depressurised. Because the blind stays attached to the spacer, it can’t be misplaced like a loose blank, and operators can see at a glance whether the line is open or blocked.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of ASME B16.48 spectacle blinds in ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel and alloy steel F11 / F22, , in Class 150, 300, 600, 900 to 2500, NPS ½ to NPS 24. Facings include Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ). We also supply paddle blanks and paddle spacers. Each unit is marked with size, class, material and heat number.
We supply spectacle blinds for oil and gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, refineries and power stations, including bulk quantities for plant shutdowns.
Paddle blanks and paddle spacers are used for positive pipeline isolation during refinery shutdowns, equipment maintenance and inspection. A paddle blank, also called a spade blind or line blank, is a solid plate with a handle that blocks the pipeline when installed between two mating flanges. A paddle spacer is an open ring with a handle that is fitted in its place when the line returns to service. Unlike spectacle blinds, these are separate components, which makes them practical for large-diameter piping where handling a connected figure 8 blind is difficult. Because they are loose pieces, they should be tagged and stored as a pair.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of ASME B16.48 paddle blanks and paddle spacers in ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel and alloy steel F11 / F22, in Class 150 to 2500, NPS ½ to NPS 24, with Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) facing. Each unit is marked with size, class, material and heat number. Special dimensions and materials are made to your approved drawing.
We supply them for oil and gas pipelines, petrochemical plants, refineries and power stations, including bulk quantities for plant shutdowns.
Ring type joint (RTJ) flanges, also called ring joint flanges, are specified for high-pressure piping in refineries, oil and gas installations, petrochemical plants and power generation facilities. Instead of a conventional raised face, the flange has a machined groove that holds a metallic ring gasket. Tightening the bolts compresses the ring against the groove surfaces to form a metal-to-metal seal. Both mating flanges must have compatible RTJ grooves, and the ring should be replaced whenever the joint is dismantled.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged weld neck RTJ and blind RTJ flanges to ASME B16.5 in ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel, and alloy steel F11, F22 and F91. We supply Class 300 to 1500 in NPS ½ to NPS 24, and Class 2500 in NPS ½ to NPS 12, with R-type oval and octagonal ring grooves and RX grooves machined to your ring number. Ring joint gaskets to ASME B16.20 are available for complete sets.
We supply RTJ flanges for refinery shutdowns, high-pressure process lines and industrial piping projects, including bulk quantities.
Bolt-hole alignment can be difficult during offshore pipeline installation, particularly when connected pipe sections cannot be rotated. Swivel ring flanges (SRF), also known as rotatable flanges, use a weld-on hub and a rotating outer bolt ring that allows 360° adjustment without turning the pipe. This arrangement is useful for subsea pipeline connections, offshore installations, pipeline repairs and prefabricated pipe spool assemblies.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of swivel ring flanges in ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F316L stainless steel, F51 duplex and F22 alloy steel for industrial and offshore piping. They are made to match the mating flange dimensions of ASME B16.5 or MSS SP-44, in Class 150 to 1500 and NPS 2 to 24, with Raised Face (RF) or Ring Type Joint (RTJ) sealing faces as specified in the approved design.
For low-pressure lines that need frequent dismantling, a lap joint flange may be enough. For high-pressure or offshore service, a swivel ring flange is the usual choice.
Weld outlet flanges, also referred to in the trade as weldoflanges or flanged weldolets, combine a forged branch outlet and a flange in a single fitting. The contoured outlet is welded directly to the main pipeline, while the flanged end connects to valves, instruments or branch piping. This eliminates the separate outlet-to-flange connection, reducing the number of welds and the fabrication work. They are used in oil and gas pipelines, refineries, petrochemical plants and industrial process piping.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged weld outlet flanges in ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel, and F11 and F22 alloy steel. The outlet body is made to MSS SP-97 and the flange end to ASME B16.5, in Class 150 to 1500, with Raised Face (RF) or Ring Type Joint (RTJ) facing. We supply header sizes NPS 2 to 24 and branch sizes NPS ½ to 12. Custom weld outlet flanges are made to your approved drawing.
A common alternative is a butt-weld branch outlet fitting (weldolet-type) connected to a weld neck flange. A weld outlet flange combines both in one forged fitting, which means fewer welds, fewer joints to inspect and a more compact branch connection. The right choice depends on your piping design and specification.
Flange Outlets, commonly known as Flangeolets or Weldoflanges, are used where a flanged branch connection is required directly from a main pipeline. These forged fittings combine a branch outlet and flange connection in a single component, reducing the need for separate pipe stubs and additional welded joints. They are used for connecting valves, instruments and branch piping in oil and gas installations, refineries, petrochemical plants and industrial process lines.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged Flange Outlets in ASTM A105 carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel, along with other specified material grades. Requirements for ASME B16.5 flange-end dimensions, Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) configurations can be considered according to the approved design.
Custom Flangeolets and bulk project requirements can be quoted against the header size, branch size, pipe schedule, pressure class, material grade and technical drawing.
Hydraulic equipment often needs a connection that is more compact than a round pipe flange. A square flange uses four bolts at defined spacing, with an O-ring groove on the sealing face, which suits pumps, valves, hydraulic power units, marine machinery and heavy engineering equipment working at high fluid pressure.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of square flanges in ASTM A105 carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304L and F316L stainless steel, to ISO 6164, in sizes DN 13 to DN 51 and pressure ratings up to 400 bar. We machine the bore, bolt-hole pattern and O-ring groove to the standard or to your drawing.
For non-standard patterns, we make square flanges to your drawing or sample. Send the bore size, bolt-hole centres, flange thickness, O-ring size, material and quantity, plus any EN 10204 3.1 or dimensional inspection requirement.
Girth Flanges are used for bolted joints on pressure vessels, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, reactors and large industrial process equipment. They connect vessel shell sections, removable channels and equipment covers that require access for inspection, cleaning and maintenance. Unlike standard pipe flanges, many girth flanges are custom-made to equipment drawings, with specific requirements for diameter, thickness, bolt-hole arrangement and gasket seating surfaces.
For large-diameter forged girth flanges and custom-machined ring flanges, ARK Stainless Inc. accepts enquiries in carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel grades. Pressure vessel manufacturers, heat exchanger fabricators and EPC contractors can submit drawings covering the outside diameter, bore, flange thickness, bolt-hole PCD, gasket-facing details and material specifications. Requirements for ASME Section VIII pressure vessel applications, material certificates and inspection can be included in the quotation.
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers need flanges that open for inspection and cleaning of the tube side. Channel flanges connect the channel section to the tubesheet and the removable cover. Their dimensions, bolt-hole layout and gasket seating surfaces follow the exchanger design rather than standard pipe flange tables, so they are made to a drawing.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of forged and CNC-machined Channel Flanges in ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless steel, and ASTM A182 F11 and F22 alloy steel. We machine channel flanges to specified outside diameter, bore, thickness, bolt-hole PCD, gasket facing and pass partition grooves, up to 1,200 mm outside diameter. Flanges can be supplied as forged rings, rough-machined components or fully finished flanges to approved drawings.
Channel flanges are made to the exchanger manufacturer’s drawing. Design to TEMA and ASME Section VIII remains with the equipment designer, and we supply to the material specification and drawing tolerances.
API 6A Flanges are used in oil and gas wellhead assemblies, Christmas tree equipment, drilling installations and high-pressure well-control connections. These flanges are specified by working pressure, nominal bore, flange type and ring gasket arrangement. API Type 6B Flanges use R or RX ring gaskets, while Type 6BX Flanges use BX ring gaskets for the corresponding high-pressure connections.
ARK Stainless Inc. handles enquiries for forged API 6A Weld Neck and Blind Flanges for oilfield equipment manufacturers, drilling contractors and industrial maintenance projects. Requirements may include Type 6B Flanges rated at 2,000, 3,000 or 5,000 PSI and Type 6BX Flanges rated at 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000 PSI, subject to the applicable size, design and availability.
For API flange purchases, buyers should specify the flange type, bore size, working pressure, material grade, ring gasket number, quantity and any required Product Specification Level (PSL), material certification or sour-service requirements.
Replacing a flange on older piping or equipment usually means matching what is already there. Taylor Forge pattern flanges follow legacy dimensions for outside diameter, thickness, bolt-hole PCD, bore and facing, and they are still specified on large-diameter lines and older equipment connections.
ARK Stainless Inc. is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Taylor Forge pattern weld neck, slip-on and blind flanges in ASTM A105 carbon steel and ASTM A182 F304L and F316L stainless steel, in Class 125, 175, 250 and 350, and sizes up to 1,200 mm OD. We make them to the dimension table, your drawing or a measured sample.
If you are matching an existing flange, send the drawing or measure the outside diameter, bore, thickness, PCD, bolt-hole count and size, and facing. Tell us the material and quantity, and any EN 10204 3.1 or dimensional report requirement.
