Manufacturing Process of Flanges

Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process:
  • 1. Raw Material Cutting:

    High-quality raw materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel) are cut using Band Saw Machines ranging from 25 mm to 1150 mm to match the required flange size.

  • 2. Forging Process:

    The material undergoes cold forging, impression die forging, open die forging, or seamless rolled ring forging, depending on the flange type and application.

  • 3. Machining & Shaping:

    CNC machining and precision tools are used to shape different flange types, such as blind flanges, lens rings, full-face flanges, flange plus connections, raised face flanges, and ring groove flanges.

  • 4. Drilling:

    Hole drilling is performed using VMC, radial drill, or column drill machines, ensuring precise bolt hole alignment and dimensions.
