ARK Stainless Inc. manufactures and supplies Copper Nickel Forged Fittings for seawater lines, marine piping, heat exchanger systems, offshore service and other corrosive process applications where ordinary carbon steel or standard stainless steel fittings may not offer the same level of long-term resistance. Our range includes Copper Nickel 90/10 Forged Fittings and Copper Nickel 70/30 Forged Fittings in socket weld and threaded forms for high-pressure piping systems.
Copper nickel forged fittings are widely used in systems handling seawater, brackish water, cooling water, saline process media and marine service fluids because copper-nickel alloys are known for their resistance to seawater corrosion, impingement attack and biofouling. In marine and offshore applications, these fittings are often selected for their ability to perform in harsh environments where salt deposits, moisture, chlorides and continuous water exposure can shorten the life of conventional piping materials.
We supply forged elbows, tees, couplings, unions, caps, plugs, bushings, crosses, reducers, swage nipples and pipe nipples in Cu-Ni 90/10 (UNS C70600) and Cu-Ni 70/30 (UNS C71500) grades. These fittings are produced in accordance with recognised standards such as ASTM B467 / ASME SB467, ASME B16.11, MSS SP-79, MSS SP-83, MSS SP-95, MSS SP-97 and BS 3799, depending on the fitting type and project requirement.

Copper Nickel 70/30 Forged Fittings are used in more demanding seawater and marine applications where higher nickel content is preferred for added strength and improved resistance to corrosion, erosion and high-velocity seawater service. This alloy contains roughly 70% copper and 30% nickel and is commonly specified for offshore platforms, seawater intake systems, condenser tubing circuits, brine lines, shipboard piping and marine engineering applications.
Compared to 90/10 copper nickel, Cu-Ni 70/30 forged fittings are generally selected for more aggressive service conditions, especially where piping systems are exposed to higher flow rates, more severe seawater conditions or higher design demands. The alloy performs well in applications where resistance to impingement, seawater corrosion and marine fouling is important for long service life.
We supply UNS C71500 forged fittings in threaded and socket weld forms for industrial and marine buyers looking for dependable copper nickel fittings for corrosive service piping systems.

Copper Nickel 90/10 Forged Fittings are manufactured from an alloy containing approximately 90% copper and 10% nickel, generally with controlled additions of iron and manganese to improve strength and corrosion resistance in marine service. This grade is widely used for shipbuilding, desalination plants, condenser piping, offshore cooling water systems, firewater lines, marine heat exchangers and coastal process plants.
Cu-Ni 90/10 forged fittings are commonly chosen where the service environment involves clean seawater, moderate flow rates, salt-laden atmosphere or marine cooling circuits. The alloy offers good resistance to general corrosion, seawater attack and biofouling, which makes it a practical choice for long-term service in coastal and offshore piping systems.
ARK Stainless Inc. supplies Copper Nickel 90/10 socket weld fittings and threaded forged fittings in standard forms such as elbows, tees, couplings, caps, unions, plugs, bushings and nipples for marine and industrial piping applications.
Both grades are used in marine, offshore and seawater service, but the selection usually depends on the operating conditions of the system.
We manufacture and supply a complete range of Copper Nickel threaded forged fittings and Copper Nickel socket weld forged fittings in standard industrial forms.
We supply Copper Nickel threaded forged fittings for applications where threaded end connections are required for compact piping layouts, maintenance access or smaller bore lines.
We also manufacture Copper Nickel socket weld forged fittings for higher pressure systems, where a welded connection is preferred over threaded joints.
Copper nickel forged fittings are commonly used in piping systems where seawater corrosion resistance, marine durability and reliable service in saline environments are important.
