Inconel 600 / 601 / 625 / 718 Pipe Fittings can undergo different tests and inspections before dispatch, depending on the material grade, fitting type and project specification. These may include Positive Material Identification (PMI), hardness testing, chemical and mechanical analysis, flaring and flattening tests, pitting resistance testing, and micro and macro examination. Additional inspection or third-party testing can be carried out when specified by the customer.
Inconel buttweld fittings can be supplied with Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per EN 10204 3.1, along with the required inspection and material traceability documents. Depending on the order, documentation may include raw material test reports, heat treatment records, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), material traceability reports, packing lists, third-party inspection reports and Certificate of Origin.

Finished Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT Buttweld Pipe Fittings are visually and dimensionally inspected before they are cleared for dispatch. Additional testing and third-party inspection can be carried out according to the material specification, purchase order or project requirements.
Special attention is given to protecting the surface finish, weld bevels and product markings during packing. Depending on the fitting size and order quantity, Incoloy fittings can be packed in wooden cases, crates, pallets or suitably protected boxes for domestic and export shipments.
