ARK Stainless Inc is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of SS 304, 304L, and 304H Buttweld Fittings for corrosion-resistant piping systems used in chemical processing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, heat exchangers, water treatment, and industrial fabrication applications.
These Stainless Steel SS 304 Buttweld Fittings are supplied in SS 304 elbows, SS 304 L tees, SS 304H reducers, SS 304 caps, SS 304 stub ends, and custom configurations according to ASME B16.9 and ASTM A403 standards.
SS 304 Buttweld Fittings are widely used for general-purpose stainless steel piping applications due to their corrosion resistance, strength, and fabrication properties. SS 304L grades are preferred for welded piping systems requiring lower carbon content to reduce carbide precipitation during welding. SS 304H Buttweld Fittings are supplied for elevated temperature service applications where higher strength and heat resistance are required.
Our manufacturing range includes seamless and welded Stainless Steel 304,304H Pipe Fittings in multiple schedules, wall thicknesses, and sizes for industrial process piping systems.
SS 304 Pipe Fittings are commonly used where good corrosion resistance and general-purpose performance are required. They are widely specified for chemical processing equipment, food manufacturing, water lines and industrial process piping.
SS 304L Pipe Fittings have a lower carbon content than SS 304, which reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected area after welding. This makes 304L a common choice for fabricated and welded piping systems where extensive welding is involved.
SS 304H Pipe Fittings have a higher controlled carbon content and are generally selected for elevated-temperature service where improved creep strength is required. Typical applications include furnace equipment, superheater systems and high-temperature process piping.
ARK Stainless Inc. can supply SS 304/304L/304H buttweld pipe fittings in different sizes, schedules and configurations according to piping specifications, drawings and project requirements.
SS 304L pipe fittings undergo inspection and testing according to the applicable material specification and customer requirements. Depending on the order, testing can include Positive Material Identification (PMI), hardness testing, chemical and mechanical analysis, micro and macro examination, flaring and flattening tests and other specified checks. Third-party inspection can also be arranged when required, with the relevant inspection reports supplied along with the order documentation.
Finished SS 304, 304L and 304H pipe fittings are packed according to the fitting type, quantity and mode of shipment. Large export consignments can be packed in wooden crates or on pallets, while smaller orders can be supplied in suitably protected boxes. Bevelled ends, threads and finished surfaces are protected during packing to avoid damage during sea or air freight.
