Monel Buttweld Fittings are widely supplied for marine, offshore, chemical processing, seawater, and hydrocarbon processing applications requiring high corrosion resistance and long service life in aggressive environments.

Monel 400 / K500 Buttweld Fittings

Monel 400 and Monel K500 are nickel-copper alloy grades widely used for seawater handling, offshore piping, marine engineering, and chemical process systems where corrosion resistance is required under aggressive operating conditions.

The fittings are available in elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and stub ends manufactured according to ASTM B366 / ASME SB366 and ASME B16.9 standards in seamless and welded construction.

Monel 400 Pipe Fittings are commonly selected for chloride-rich environments and hydrocarbon processing applications, while Monel K500 grades are preferred for higher mechanical strength and offshore pressure systems.
